Nice hotel, good location, diner across the street is excellent. Some minor fixes and repairs needed in room and bathroom but overall a great stay for the price.

Nice stay overall, annoying little things

The room was pretty good overall. I needed to use the ironing board and iron. The board cover was very loose at the wide end and it kept slipping off which was dangerous and made the process harder. Also the electrical surface on the wall at the foot of the bed was loose. Also the charge port by the bed did not see to work. I tried all the sockets for electrical and USB. I was also bummed that the Starbucks closed at 6 PM, as I literally arrived at 6:05.

Staff failed to clean room one day, requested housekeeping twice, finally got there about 5:30 pm while we were getting ready to go out. Told housekeeper to come back in 1/2 hour. She didn’t speak English so we left for 1/2 hour and came back. She only made the bed, nothing in the bathroom. Only 1 bathrobe even though they listed 2 people in the room. One usb b charger port, ac plugs on lamps badly positioned for chargers. Generally felt dated, not up to expected Westin standards.
