Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good room and view of the river as promised. Main dining room was closed. Noise from late night events meant that on two evenings sleep was difficult before 23.30.

Booked this hotel for our family visit so we could explore Waterford on foot. The fact that it is located on Canada Street was karma for us! Both rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable with all the right amenities. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent...friendly, helpful, and service-minded. Dinner and drinks in the restaurant were good, and the breakfast was very good with lots of selection and a great coffee maker for our morning lattes. We would definitely stay again.

What a great find

The staff was amazing, from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the terrific bar and restaurant folks. All were amazing. With a HUGE crowd at the bar, the staff remained focused, efficient, effective, and friendly.
