Nice service station hotel. No complaints.

Came in handy when we needed to get out of a scam hotel near by. Booked it and was in our room 20min later. The shower was a little small but other than that, it was a nice place.

Tv remote was missinf from the room, for a cheap over ight stay it was okay, corridors arent very clean and there was a smell, room were too hot and windows could not be opened. Staff were really friendly and the chef at breakfast was accommodationing and offered off the menu items 😋

Having walked out of our original booking for last night in disgust. We were delighted by the welcome we received at this location. Excellent staff, a clean and well appointed room. Breakfast was excellent also.

Don't be fooled into buying breakfast!

The hotel was well situated and the check in process easy although it was obvious they were understaffed. We paid the extra £16 per head for breakfast which was really disappointing - awful selection of cereals, soggy cold ham and wimpy looking cheese, - no fruit (they brought out tinned fruit when I complained) - no brown sauce and what was out was greasy and had been standing for ages - I would deffo save your money and take it to spend in the service station instead which has a great selection - they advertise this as a "great breakfast" but don't be fooled!!!!!! Avoid paying extra for brekfast at all costs

Extremely poor condition hotel, dirty linen, old dirty stained carpets and walls. Even the showers barely worked. Very disappointing for Ramada brand. Completely unacceptable. Suggest drive past it and save yourself the experience and find a comparatively luxurious Travelodge!

Love the food court on same location.Light went out in the morning so it was a good thing I was on the ground floor to check out that morning.No light meant low pressure water or no water on some parts of the hotel.But the employees were very helpful and informative during that situation.

Always welcoming, however there is now a £5 parking fee which I wasn’t made aware of until after I’d booked it. Previous visits had been free as it’s on a service station. Other than that it’s always clean and the rooms and corridors are reasonably sound proofed
