Compare Ski Hotels in West Bend

Parking lot was hard to maneuver, alot of snow and wasn't plowed.

Winter time heating was on and off, not continuous with thermostat setting. But wasn’t terribly bad. The A/C, Heating system looked very old, no front hood over the vents

You will be getting what you paid for at this Motel 6 location. Expect bare rooms and and what is in it to be in a state of disrepair. My room's bathroom also smelled of cigarettes.

Breakfast was fair. Eggs were not hot and there was no milk

Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Hallways need a good vacuuming and updating. Same with the room. After reading reviews was hoping for a much cleaner room. Floor wasn't vacuumed, stains on carpet and bed.

I can't even tell you how exceptional the staff was! The owner was on site and he bent over backwards to make sure that where we needed to go was taken care of in a timely fashion, gave us lots of advice for places to visit, and treated us as if we were the only guests!
