This 2 bedroom cottage has everything you need in a home, at a great price! A quarter mile walk to the desirable Pleasant Road Beach in West Harwich. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, small appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker and dishwasher. This home has Air conditioning in the kitchen/living area and queen bedroom. Soak up the sun, or hang out and relax at the outside patio table with umbrella, chairs and picnic table. This home has a charcoal grill, cable tv and wifi. New 400 ft patio and enclosed outdoor shower for the 2024 season.
