Hotel was roomy, loved the size of our room and how we could stretch out. Pillows were less than to be desired. Wish I had brought my own because it made for uncomfortable sleeping. But hotel was quiet and in a decent location. Loved the water bottles!

The room was nice and our balcony great but we paid an upgrade fee for the balcony and got an early morning (Sunday) stampede of door slamming from housekeeping who’s entrance was DIRECTLY across from our room (unbeknownst to us). Then, at 9AM, they’re knocking on our door to cleaning when checkout was at 11am. 👎😡 Whatt!? I complained to front desk at checkout but was told there was nothing they could do. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this was NOT 5 star service or thinking. Ruined our stay.

We've wanted to stay at a 21c Museum hotel. We love the concept. And the room was large and well appointed. Staff was A+. We highly recommend when visiting Louisville.
