Hi, we had some issues with our toilet bowl when we arrived. Thanks to Vladimire, he saved the day. We also had no maid service during our stay. Thanks to Meredith & Lisa at the front desk for there help & concerns.

Excellent staff relations. Room was very open and cozy. Facilities were extremely nice. Would recommend staying here as it is in walking distance of all the downtown nice restaurants and the KFC Yum Center. 10/10

Prompt Customer Service/Facility needs some Update

The customer service was compassionate, warm and timely. There was an alert of a fire the first night there, we were prompted to evacuate. No updates, when it was clear to return. It was difficult to breathe due to the old ventilation system there were black dots on the ceiling that resembled mold. I prompted our front desk associate and she immediately moved us to a different room.

Parking was tricky but the staff was accommodating. Parking garage is super tight and not a lot of spaces. Hotel was super easy to get to off the highway. Staff was friendly. The hotel needs an update. Room was comfortable but bathrooms really need some attention. Shower was stained and wall paper peeling in bathroom. Could use a refresh.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice, quick and helpful. The room was okay. It’s obvious this is an older building. Everything was kept very clean. Our biggest complaint was the set up of the bathroom. The toliet is separate from the shower room but has the tiniest sink and the water just didn’t have great pressure. Unfortunately the shower leaked as it was a glass door walk in and those always leak. My husband felt it deserved a 3star not 4.

Expedia way over charged for parking. I paid $45 parking. At checkin the hotel offered $19 parking. The pool was closed and I have 3 disappointed kiddos.
