It was a lovely place to stay. The only thing I didnt like was there is no fridge in your room for you to put things in. You have to use the bar fridge and they will charge you to use it as it is prestocked with their items.

Great stay! Staff were friendly and amazing. Excellent location downtown and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and just below the hotel in the underground parking lot. Will definitely stay there again.

The lobby and restaurant were nice. One guy checking in guest with a long line was annoying. The room is dated from the 90’s. It was new wallpaper to try and disguise it. White 4x4 shower tiles on a white cast iron tub, with a shower curtain. Old technology in the room. No usb or power on night stands. Clock you can’t see at night. And a 15 year old power station at the desk area. Only spot to really charge or plug in. Water is $8?? A $500 a night room and they can’t afford to update it. Shame, very disappointed. Out of my last 8 stays in Vancouver this is the most expensive and worst.
