It was great

This was our second stay at The Hideaway. It is a perfect place to relax. It is peaceful and quiet. The air is clean and the water is delicious. The Hideaway is very clean and very well maintained. The large loft is cozy and comfortable. Bathroom and shower are very clean. The kitchen is very clean and has everything that you need to cook with. The hosts are wonderful. The property is beautiful and big enough to wander around and watch the deer, rabbits, squirrels and many birds. Absolutely 10 out of 10!!! Definitely want to visit again as it is a perfect getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Maddie was an excellent host. She was so nice and we got to meet her at the property when we arrived. She was so kind and made special arrangements for my special needs son’s 16th birthday. It was a wonderful stay. We loved the area, all the things to do at the house. Perfect amount of space. We will be back for sure!

Perfect location, weather, amenities!

The cabin is as beautifully situated as it appears in the photos; there are neighbors, but not too close to impinge on one's privacy. The cabin is not gigantic (perfect for the two of us - but if you have a larger group, keep in mind that anyone sleeping in the loft bedroom will be hearing everything that goes on in the kitchen and living room). I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end appliances - particularly the stove, which featured an indoor grill that actually succeeded in NOT smoking up the entire house. Charley was attentive and helpful, and gave me great tips on the stargazing that was the focus of my trip. In short, we loved the place, the area and the trip.
