The staff was friendly and responded to requests promptly. Parking was convenient but limited. The bathroom lacked hooks for towels, and the shower curtain failed to keep water off the floor, becoming soaked quickly. There was no option to stream content; instead, outdated cable was available, with a remote that was taped together, dirty, and worn. The alarm clock was too bright at night, making it difficult to sleep. There was only one accessible outlet apart from the lamps. The shades were divided into three sections, allowing light to enter the room. Condensation on the windows required daily cleaning. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn’t work at all. The fitness center was small, with just two treadmills and a couple of dumbbells. Overall, the hotel room and equipment could use an update. However, it is located in a great area with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and outdoor dining options nearby.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The blankets were dirty. Floor had stains. The bathroom tub would fill up when you’d try to shower. Had to switch rooms due to bad conditions . Got no rest due to the beds being almost broken. Would not recommend. Not staying here again. Hotel looks good but it’s too good to be true.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator, when I asked at the front desk they said there would be an up charge to get one. Later when we stopped by to ask a question, the front desk staff told us they could give us a room with a refrigerator without a charge. Much appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located. While it looks appealing from outside, the room (where I stayed) had too much to be desired. The hotel is outdated, the room is absolutely ridiculous, lights are too dimmed, forget about trying to do tour makeup in here, paimt is chippimg off, no batrhroom fan (or didnt work) no safe, tiny TV, floor is worn and carpet looked dirty, batrhroom knob was falling off, tub was stained and slippery. Its unfortunate that they havent invested in the rooms. Will NEVER be staying here again, I dont recommend this hotel!
