The hotel is old and needs some updating. The door to my room was constantly rattling when one of the neighbors closed the door to their room. The pool and hot tub area definitely needs some updating. Great location and value for the price though. I would stay again.

Staff are very accommodating. Location is great: Bella Terra mall and 405 freeway. Rooms are spacious, but there were no towel bars or wall hooks in the bathroom. Wifi worked downstairs, but not on the top floor. I've been coming here for a dozen years, but this year the door key/cards and locks were hard to get in synch! But overall, an affordable and comfortable hotel.
