Other than the base board in the restroom being chipped and the door being hard to slide close, it was everything I needed for the night. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is run down needs a lot of TLC It’s clean just warm out. Staff is friendly. Don’t pay for the microwave and fridge ours didn’t even work.

Man. where do I begin? I understand this is an older property and many hotels are still recovering from the pandemic era. However, we felt we were given a neglected room and most of the focus of the owner was on the cosmetic appearance of the groundfloor. Our room was dusty, one of the blinds was broken. There were noticeable chips and damage to the walls. One of our drawers didn't close. Our toilet wobbled (not the seat; the actual toilet was not secure), the towel rods above it weren't leveled, and the bathroom just looked old/worn. When we brought these issues up to the front desk, the employee at the desk apologized and said that the floor we were assigned was often given to late arrivals and large groups and was often trashed and often had bedbugs which was really fun to hear. We just stayed at a Marriott for a staycation and it was like night and day in quality. I really feel we were a victim of a bait and switch with what we saw in the pictures when booking and what we actually got. I would really encourage anyone to think twice about booking a room hear until the owner acknowledges and proves they have changed how they manage and maintain this hotel as well retaining their staff on how to clean rooms and customer service.
