We had an ocean front room and it was so nice . We are regulars at the Paséa and we love it. The beds are so comfortable and the room are nice and spacious with large balconies

The pet policy just doesn’t make sense. Dogs aren’t allowed at the pool, and they also can’t be left alone in the room. So if you bring your dog, you can’t really use the pool unless someone stays behind in the room—which is kind of ridiculous. They shouldn’t call it a pet-friendly hotel. Also, the restaurant and in-room dining menu need a serious upgrade. It honestly feels like no one even tasted the food before putting it on the menu—nothing was good. The shower temperature didn’t work right, and the room wasn’t clean when we got there from shopping we had to ask for housekeeping. There were also kids running wild in the pool, bothering other guests, and no one from the staff did anything. We’ve stayed here a bunch of times before, but we won’t be coming back

Check is was 10 mins late which is hard with kids. Parking fees were excessive and $15 more than Kimpton. I had to park near Kimpton hotel to save $15 per day in parking and walk. I felt it was price gauging on parking.

Staff was super helpful and courteous. Property and rooms are really clean There’s only a couple complaints. Getting off the elevator the hallways were stuffy like zero ac or any kind of airflow. Their parking situation is the biggest issue. $60 a night on top of your room cost is steep especially when your only other option is to park on the street.
