Don’t waste your money!
Do not waste your money when so many better hotels are in this area. We stayed here during parents weekend at UMich. They price gouged (as did all the hotels in this area due to parent weekend). For example, the same room they were charging approx $800/night for parent weekend is $154/night this weekend. The room was clean but they only gave us 2 towels and 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels (room was for 4 people). The tv was broken and the shower would not drain. The water was up to the top of my ankles by the end of a relatively short shower. We stopped by the front desk on Saturday morning on our way out for the day. The employee said they would either fix the issues or move us to a different room. He took notes and said he would call my cell phone if they were going to give us new room. We arrived back after dinner on Saturday night and never heard back so we assumed the issues were fixed. Not only did they not fix the drain or tv, they did not replenish the used coffee and still left us with only 2 small bath towels. If they were going to price gouge and charge four times the average rate, I expect a clean room with sufficient towels, a working tv and a shower that drains. This hotel does not care about the comfort of their customers. They only care about squeezing the most amount of money for the least amount of services. Don’t waste your money on this hotel!
