Clean hotel

The room was comfortable but the breakfast selections were awful - no juice except Sunny D, no creamers except a jug of milk, only dry cereal for breakfast or waffle. The people next to me could be heard through the connecting door.

I stayed at this property for a week. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed the floors were dirty and hadn’t been swept. The next day we waited for room service to come by and never showed. The following day the same so my husband had to go get towels. The following day I called and asked why our room wasn’t being serviced the man assured me she would be down there. She came and asked what all I needed and I told her and she acted as if it was a big deal that we wanted clean towels bedding etc. Also I then told her about the water being too hot like boiling they got someone to “fix it”. The next morning the same thing water boiling hot! The tv and WiFi didn’t work half the time we was there either! Bottom line if u want a dirty room, a cleaning lady that acts like she’s not there to help provide what you need, boiling water to where you can’t shower, and no tv or wifi this would be the place for you to go!!

Large room, very clean and super affordable. Room has closet space, iron, ironing board, mini fridge and microwave. They even have a little binder full of all sorts of info like local churches, nearby restaurants, amd what to do in case of tornado or some other emergency. Lau dry facility amd gym on sute as well.

Overall it was adequete and staff was friendly and helpful. the only drawback was your hot breakfast there was not much choice and not good. I got refunded fast for the nights I didn't stay. The price was reasonable for El Dorado. You should change your lobby photo to actual lobby.

First think I noticed was that the piano black TV stand was covered with dust. The power button on the remote could turn OFF the TV, but NOT turn ON the TV. But the "never stay here again" moment came at 5:15 am when I was met on my trip to the bathroom with a quarter-inch of water on the floor, extending out into the sink/vanity area. The bigger bath towel was soaked with dirty roof/attic water, so I had to dry off after my shower with a child-size bath towel. After that, I didn't trust the hard-boiled eggs, the only protein on the breakfast menu. Even with the heavy overnight rain, the roof shouldn't leak into rooms!!!

Don’t do it!

I realize this is on the very cheap end of hotels and I did not expect much, however this hotel is very run down and recently had a fire. I did not feel comfortable there so I went to another hotel.

The free breakfast was a waste of time they only had waffles, plain white bread from Walmart and cereal . The juice machine was broken the water cooler was broken.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. For starters our room door was ajar when we went to open it from outside. The room itself was dirty. Supposedly they have a hot breakfast (as it states that on the hotel marquee) but all they had was a waffle maker, toaster (but no butter for toast) and cereal and milk. Coffee was very watered down. Very disappointing!

Hard to find and never saw anyone after checking in. The pictures posted are not correct. The breakfast area was not what it showed. Dark and dingy and not clean. It was off the side of the check in counter no place to sit.
