Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and there is shopping right across the road. Beds are comfortable, but could use better pillows. Clean rooms, internet access was terrible . I would stay here again . Heard they are having a renovation done so looking forward to seeing these results.

The staff is rude and the rooms are not well maintained. Our toilet would not flush and after bringing it to the staff they did nothing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had a full kitchen which was great when traveling with kids. The only problem was the air conditioner. There is only one unit in the living area which had a duct going into the bedroom. It made the bedroom a lot warmer than the living area. We were able to cool it down enough to sleep, but the living area was an ice box. I would say the room was still above average for a 2 star hotel.

Problems with my card key, the walls were poorly patched in multiple areas on the walls, between an auto shop and construction on the other side. The door didnt shut all the way, the nonsmoking room was musky and smelled like smoke. The fridge was dirty. Convenient area, cheap. No continental breakfast. Probably will not book again.
