Great Stay. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening, although a little pricey but that’s hotels for you. Room was spotless, WiFi was good but phone signal poor. We didn’t stay with breakfast inc and I think £20 is a bit steep so went next door to Fryers Garden centre and had great breakfast for less than half the price!

Amazing stay. Stayed in premier suite. Would definitely recommend our 4th time visiting here, we were the sad the breakfast has now became a buffet breakfast but other than that couldn’t fault it. Had a spa treatment from Sharon and it was amazing, and Jade was so helpful with the products inside the spa when helping me chose what to purchase x thank you

A reasonable stay

Breakfast could have been better, had to wait to be seated, had to ask for flora as I can't eat butter, no teaspoons with the coffee/tea cups, decaff coffee poor, no muesli. Room was fine.

Mediocre accommodation

We stayed here for a nearby wedding and I thought perhaps we may have just gotten a bum room with no working AC even though it was turned on…but after speaking to at least four other wedding guests the next day who also stayed here, apparently none of the hotel’s AC’s were working because everybody had an uncomfortable, sweltering evening. The food in the bar was pretty good and all came out in good time. But at $250/night, I expect to be comfortable and this place just didn’t do it for me.

Worst say ever

The stay was ruined, the heating didn't work in room and took 4 calls to reception before they answered. They wanted £15 each to use the pool which i didn't pay. Never had to pay to use the facilities in a hotel you've paid to stay in in my life. The breakfast was self help the food was cold and not nice then on check out they tried to change me for using the pool .place is a joke would not recommend to anyone
