I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Location was incredible, the room was great, and the staff were all so kind and helpful. 10/10 we will definitely be coming back and staying here.

If I had to give this plane a rating it would be 4.9 Almost perfect except the parking issue. Clean rooms, clean pool, friendly prompt service! For the future, I would also include the TV code for people in the welcome information. I will highly recommend your hotel and look forward to returning.

This property was not what we wanted, despite the good reviews. There was trash around the property and the pool was not well maintained. It didn't feel like a really great place to relax, unfortunately.

Don't believe the negative reviews. Clearly people are going to Wildwood, NJ expecting it be Vegas. Its New Jersey, not that serious. This place is great to stay and is one of the best in town to stay. Staff was very attentive and made our stay pleasant. The only thing true about the other reviews, is the parking. Definitely limited and first come first serve. Park and walk, go enjoy the boardwalk, beach and activities.

We checked in late in the evening after office hours. Our room was very clean. The only downfall.was the linens on the bed were covered with sand and hair. First thing in the morning the property owners sent a cleaning crew to our room to rectify the situation. We received all new linens. Sheets, pillow cases and even a fresh comforter which is usually something that most hotels do not change. We were given a complimentary 2pm late checkout and a million apologies via text message from the owner. What started of as a miserable experience turned into.a great one. I cannot thank tje owners.enough for bending over backwards for us.. My main suggestion is the facility should have staff until atleast midnight for situations like this from happening in the future.

This is a very nice property; our room was clean, beds are comfortable and pool is heated, the staff was very attentive and friendly and took care of any of our concerns quickly. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, we would definitely come back!

Paying for Location, location, location!

Location, location, location. That is what you are paying for. I can not figure out anything "special" about the facility that warranted the price. It needs updating. Pool hours are crazy, hot summer days/nights, and you must be out by 7? Unless you're pretty girls, then you get to stay later, it seems.
