The pool could have been cleaner. The older lady at the front desk gave me false information when I got there and told me that my trip had not been paid for yet, but the gentleman clarified that what she said was incorrect, but she was very rude and unprofessional and did not know what she was talking about. The guy said that she has been there for 10 years and this is not the first time that she has acted like that but other than her everybody else was fine. They also need to have somebody monitor the pool because there were children swimming in there during lightning storm and obviously the parents were not watching so I think that somebody should be there to monitor situations like that to protect safety.

Like any place you stay there are pros and cons. I will say this place is in a great location and when you have an issue , lobby staff and maintenence were quick to resolve it. The cons for me, alot of the tiles in the bathroom ceiling was pushed up,aside or broken and it sketched me out, i got the 3 queen bed suite and the 1 queen bed was at the front door ( this bed was also pretty uncomfortable), our back door had issues opening and closing ( this was the issue we let the front desk know about and maintenence was there in a few minutes), the front door would seem closed but if you pushed on it it would pop back open you literally had to pull it HARD to get it to stay closed. the hot tubs..... i can hardly describe what was floating around in them but they were pretty gross ( we did see maintenence clean and put chemicals in them daily however they probably need to be completely drained and wiped out before they can be decent again. If you are just looking for somewhere with a bed,shower and toilet that you will barely be in then this place is amazing! If you have kids and you need to spend time in the roomsfor extended periods i would pay a little more and upgrade to somewhere a bit nicer . Honestly with a few upgrades and a little renovation this place could be a prime spot for vacation

The only good thing I would say is the beds are comfortable! But there was grapes under the mirror, cherrios next to both beds. It was just dirty. The wait to check in was ridiculous, there was no one at the desk, same thing with check out, no one was there.

Realistically it is exactly what you expect for the price. The only thing that really bothered me was the lack of a do not disturb option. But it makes sense with the area for safety reasons Alot of partying in the area and you never know if someone may be laid out from a wild not and not able to get back up. But they did well. Place was clean for the most part but not really staffed at the desk during the day which was weird.

The room service attendant were so sweet and tried to help. But the owner/receptionist and front desk were terrible. I didn’t check reviews because I’m not usually picky. Everything is outdated which never really bothers me but it was dirty. The man at the front desk was very dismissive. Rooms were dusty. Pool was dirty and so dirty there was residue stuck on the paint. I can tell they just tidy up and not actually deep clean. Oh and if you bring an extra car you have to pay an extra $20-$30 per day for parking. Even though I paid for a 2 bedroom suite. If you thought you’ll be saving $50-$75 by staying here forget about it. The parking fee will add up anyhow. So just stay somewhere more nice. The central ac gets hot after 1 day of staying there. Guys I don’t usually write review but it was a bad experience. Check in is 4pm, at anywhere else in the world if the room is ready or not they’ll let you use the amenities or store your things. Not this place the guy made sure of that. Never again.

This place is in a strategic location—just one block from the boardwalk—which made it super convenient for our family trip to Wildwood. While the property isn’t modern or recently updated, it has everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with kids. Everything was functional, and the location really is a big plus. Great value if you're looking for something simple and close to the action!

The hotel is dated but adequate for a beach stay. Front desk person both day and night were very attentive and fixed a minor problem with the unit immediately. Julie the night gal was very pleasant and offered good advise about the immediate area. Will be our go to for future Wildwood stays.

Loved it!

This hotel is in an awesome spot. Directly in front of the middle pier (Mariners). Pool and both hot tubs were cleaned every night. The only problem was parents not watching their kids in the pool area. Actually, no parents around for a child that did not behave at all. The rooms are older, not all the modern updates as the $500 a night hotels. Walls are painted, tiles, tub, sink, refrigerator, microwave were all clean. Linens were clean and beds were soft. I would suggest bring your own bath towels... they are flimsy, little and worn. There are two elevators that run nice. Employees are all super nice. You have a front row seat to the fireworks from their balcony rooms.

Bad Hotel Management

2 adult & 4kids traveling. We were placed in a different room than what we booked. Hotel room AC was broken when we arrived. They said they would send someone up. 8pm room was still 80 degrees. By that time hotel management was gone for the day. We were moved to another room to sleep only while our belongings were in our original room. The hotel said if we moved to another room for the remainder of our stay we would lose our Kitchenette and 1 bed with no refund for the downgrade. We slept in a different room which was actually they type of room we booked originally but we couldn’t stay THERE because it was supposedly booked for 4pm the following day. The next morning someone came to our original room to fix the AC which took about 2-3 hours. No accommodations or partial refunds were even offered for the complete inconvenience. Not a bad place to stay but hotel management really really sucks. And there’s no Laundry facility.

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location I’ve stayed in Wildwood over a dozen times, and unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. We booked last-minute after finding a good deal — but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This property is in serious need of upgrades, and I’m honestly not sure how it passes inspection. Throughout our stay, the pool area was filled with people blasting extremely loud, inappropriate music and openly smoking weed. This made it nearly impossible to enjoy the pool or even sit on the balcony in peace. Children should be able to swim without being subjected to constant profanity and sexual content in the background. Pros: • Affordable • Just one block from the beach and boardwalk • Spacious room with three beds, a full-size refrigerator, and a small balcony with a beach view • Friendly woman at the front desk in the evening Cons: • The AC barely worked — the room stayed between 75–80 degrees • Bathtub filled with several inches of water during every shower • Towels were barely larger than hand towels • Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were completely flat • Definitely not a kid-friendly atmosphere

I liked how close it was to the boardwalk and the location of the property. The parking was good and had lots of spaces to park. Not much of food places around unless you go to the boardwalk. The room was big and spacious for 3 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was little small. I really enjoyed this hotel and would return again!!
