Everything was basically new in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, even though there was nobody there when we first checked in. It was super easy to get right into our room. Everything was clean. Absolutely no complaints, would stay there again.

Great location, very close to boardwalk and beach. Rooms are recently upgraded with great furnishing and were clean. But they lack basic functioning amenities - half of the lights were not working, room had strong chlorine smell, bath exhaust fan kept making noise even though it was off, weak shower pressure, luke warm water from shower. Staff at front desk was un-attentive and seemed quite uninterested in creating a welcoming experience.

There was no one at the front desk to check in just a cell # taped to the front desk to call had to wait for someone to get there. Bathroom sink was stopped up and not draining found someone finally at the front desk and asked them to get it fixed. Two nights later sink was still not fixed. Just ridiculous there so many other rooms available that we could have been moved to. Very disappointing.
