This place sucks

Got placed in a handicap room to starts, shower floods the bathroom, door looked like it was broken into, floor was leaking up so much you had to wear shoes in the room. When I got my room moved, there was a dead bug on the bathroom counter, the window was broken, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Terrible stay as the property needs updates. Also, the pool was out of order.

The door to the room didn’t close well, the whole place smelled and the pool was green. We checked out early even though there was no refund, wouldn’t recommend.

The breakfast was decent. In the room we found & killed 2 roaches.the check in person was okay not super friendly. The checkout person was very polite and professional. The room has a humidity issue. The downstairs had a missing window boarded up with tape and tarp. The area was okay not a little sketchy at times

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

The hotel had roaches coming out of the tv. When we told management, they gave us the option to refund us if we wanted to check out early. All the hotels for the weekend were fully booked. They ended up giving us a smaller suite for the night, but moved us back into our original suite after the room was “treated”. The pool was closed the entire stay for maintenance, and the breakfast was mid. This experience has scarred me for life; I’ll never stay at a Country Inn ever again.

Elevator was broken the pool was not in operation. Overall is was a good stay. Breakfast was good variety of choices we were able to move from the fourth floor to the second floor. Which helped me a lot since I have a weak left side and is very hard on me going up stairs.

We were very disappointed in the hotel. The first room smelled like mold and animals with perfume to cover it up. Would have left but there were no other hotels available in this area. The people next store were screaming so loud, I was nervous. Hard to work with all the variables. The rugs throughout the entire hotel needs to be replaced, gross.

Breakfast was great each morning. The attendee took great care with everything. He was constantly picking up and cleaning when someone left. He didn’t bother anyone and was ver polite when addressed. He did a great job.

The room had stains on the walls, floors and lamp shade. It was difficult for the room to read my keycard. I went to get something in the car and enter from the side door. It was suppose to be opened by the keycard only apparently it was unlock the whole time. This did not make me feel safe. Food was basic breakfast food, nothing to rave about.

It was ok for 1 night when traveling. Not up to standards of most Country Inns and Suites. A bit worn and not as clean carpet was dirty in the room. Breakfast seemed overcooked or maybe just dried out.
