The staff in the lobby were excellent, beautiful lobby great food in the restaurant and the staff really pays attention to its guest. My only issue with this Doubletree is whoever owns. It may be independent from the Hilton brand because they obviously don’t care about their employees. the lobby is like a refrigerator. You can’t even enjoy the beautiful lobby because it’s so cold and I was there two weeks and I think maybe only one day it might’ve been worn. The front desk have to actually have coats on and a space heater in the front the restaurant you cannot eat in there unless you’re wrapped up this is nothing to do with the excellent customer service of the whole hotel stamp it has to do with hotel ownership and taking it into consideration, your employees are still providing excellent customer service and a horrible working conditions.
