Staff were nice, room was okay with cheaper furnishings but our room had holes in the bathroom door and the shower surround. Note that the sink and vanity are in the entryway with the microwave and refrigerator.

The property definitely needs updates. A bit musty smelling in the hallways, window in the room was so dirty you could barely see out, curtain rods stuck, TV remote barely worked, breakfast was very minimal. Bed was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very pricey for the condition of the property. Easy location on and off freeway.

Decent. Dated. Needs cleaning!! Indoor pool is NOT heated and ONLY registered guests allowed to swim. Mostly updated, but the things that are not updated are grossly aged. Why do companies “renovate/ remodel” hotels and leave the bathroom and plumbing looking like something out of a 50’s horror flick? TV function and programming, trash. Hair dryer didn’t work (purposefully didn’t pack mine, counting on having one in the room). Pet friendly, but with very little (& poorly maintained) green space. The receptionist that checked me in was very helpful.

It was a good stay they did not have an elevator, and my daughter fell down the stairs and broke her foot. The first day we were there, but the room was clean housekeeping was nice and front desk was great.

Stay here if you don’t take warm showers or sleep

I paid $15 extra to check in early, and my family and I had to stand and wait in the hallway for 30 mins, my family of 5 had a suit with a sofa sleeper. We couldn’t shower until the next morning around 10am, because there was no hot water. I called the front desk several times and they didn’t know why, they said the owners would do something about it the next morning. My family and I ended up missing our close friends wedding which is why we came to stay the night in Winchester. I booked online and got the insurance, it was $220. The phone in the room didn’t even work, I had to use my cell. My daughters had to ask multiple times for sheets pillows and blankets for their sleeper sofa. They don’t have hot breakfast it’s they had waffles cereal yogurt bananas. The place was swarming with locusts, terribly. We was told enter the back door where the key card didn’t even work. It took 45 mins just to check in and get the room. Very terrible experience for the price and no one had any sleep and missed the wedding we came for. The hotel manager told me he couldn’t discount because I used hotels to book, he only refunded $15 for my early check in.
