New and modern rooms, walking distance to town centre but could do with new bedding. Bed sheets felt extremely worn and light stains on them. We booked a double room which we got but it was 2 single beds pushed together, so it had a dip in the middle

Fantastic find close to all amenities

Lovely apartment soo quiet , great nights sleep hairdryer and straighteners was a lovely touch , 10 mins to town or about 1-2 hour to bowness and the lake on foot . Great base to explore plenty of parking . Would stay again Only Small niggle we had was No toaster , as we bought stuff for breakfast , it did arrive after contact with the owners . But too late to use unfortunately.

Stayed here a few times and can't know it... Great location, allows pets, great value, kitchenettes in the rooms are super handy... parking can be a bit tricky when busy, and the rooms a bit toasty.... But other than that it's a great stay.
