This was a very clean and comfy hotel! Was disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but thankfully the pool was warm but also lots of chemicals which made my skin itchy.
The pool was warm which I loved. Also the complimentary coffee/ tea in the lobby was amazing. Glad we chose to stay here, would definitely come back.

Disrupted sleep all night long by rowdiness in room next to us that staff did not mitigate, after being notified multiple times. No offer to change rooms. No offer of compensation. Would never stay there again.
The pictures of this property are not current. I specifically booked this hotel because they included pictures of a hot tub in the pool area… there is not one. When this was pointed out to the person at the front desk they were unapologetic and made excuses for the what I can only assume are really outdated photos because there is no sign of a hot tub anywhere on this property. We also couldn’t swim in the pool because it was too cold. The room itself was nice but the lack of concern for the customer experience at this location is really a shame. There is no excuse for out of date pictures, it’s not like they took the hot tub out yesterday, it would have been a major renovation. Feeling catfished!
Expedia filtered this h9tel with a pool. They do not have a pool. We paid extra for a pool. When i arrived i tried to cancel. Front desk said call Expedia, but the automated service did not recognize my info i spent an hour trying to cancel at 10pm. They checked me in for they day and said keep trying to cancel. Expedia finally said they would cancel and refund second day. I needed to check out early and i would receive a refund. I got up early and checked out but they wouldnt cancel and refund. They said expedia didnt approve it. I called expedia they said the hotel didnt approve it. So because i had to pay anyways i had to to go check back in. What a nightmare
