I can only comment about my room. In my opinion, the hotel needs some updating. In my room, the bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom nightlight was burned out, and the plugs in the centre night table didn’t work. I shared this with the manager

Amazingly maintained. Room was really clean and I couldnt really find any dirt or dust anywhere. This could be by far the best property in this tier that i have stayed in Canada. Breakfast options could improve. However the facility made up for any lack in breakfast oprions.

Property and stay overall was good. Mattresses are old and tired need to be replaced. The bedding was also not up to typical Hilton property standards that we were expecting, but worked.

Excellent value. The hotel is very clean and in good shape. The breakfast was great. Service was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping. My son and his friends really enjoyed the pool as well. The water was perfectly warm.

The pet charge at $75 is a rip off. Many hotels charge $25. Charge if My pet does damage but don’t hose Me with this high charge. Would think twice returning due to the cost of this charge.

Great Hotel

This was a very clean and comfy hotel! Was disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but thankfully the pool was warm but also lots of chemicals which made my skin itchy.
