The staff was great and helpful. The property looks good from the outside but the windows are foggy and dirty. The carpet needs updating- large piece of duck tape covering a bald spot on the carpet

Property is far out in a industrial park. Nothing in walking distance.not good for someone who flew in and got dropped off. Property never offered and VIP upgrades. They don't even offer water to guests.they did give free buffet style breakfast .

Loved every part of my stay. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Every interaction with staff was always so positive. Rooms are so clean, and kitchen was amazing. The surroundings are beautiful, great for a morning stroll. Breakfast was amazing too. Just HIGHLY recommend.

The room smelled a little like they needed to air out the room . We found toe nails by the living space couch . I had to place towels under the couch cushions because there was a major dip. The couch smelled funky and it was dirty I had to place a bed sheet over it because I didn’t want to sit on it . During our stay the staff was pleasant but definitely need to step it up in the cleaning not just cover the smell with air fresher the curtains were also very dirty has water stains .

Poor cleanliness and liars!

The room smelled of smoke because the person sleeping in the room below mine was smoking and the smell came through our vent and filled my room. When brought up to the hotel, they did nothing. The smell woke me up at 4 am and I had to switch rooms to a smaller room. The hotel did not compensate me in any way. In fact, they assured me that if I went through the proper channels, that I would be assured a refund. They LIED!!

The living room couch was really old and uncomfortable. I envisioned us all hanging out there, but it never happened because the sofa was so uncomfortable. Also, the pancake maker broke on the 2nd day we were there and they never substituted with anything else. In fact, the choices seemed to get slimmer as our stay continued.

Our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but we did have to deal with a dog or two barking throughout the night. The beds were comfy, entire suite was clean, and the check-in/out process was simple. The breakfast was great with mamy options, and staff replenished items often.
