I sure would love to give this property a 5 star rating, however, I just can’t. The staff was very nice and helpful. I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong night & they fixed it right away. No questions asked. Very appreciative since it was late when we got there. The hotel on the other hand was very smelly, the beds were hard as a rock, the pillows were so small, and the breakfast was not very good. The middle eastern smell radiated throughout the hotel, just ruined the stay. Very nice people, just need to get rid of that smell.

The entire lobby as well as my room was in a state of disrepair. The room was dirty and “remodel” if that, was not complete. Well worn, as the entire public areas were. Originally had reservations for 4 nights. Checked out after unpleasant first. The woman who checked me in said she already had recharged the four nights on my card! Told I had to wait 5 business days for refund! Was charged more than hotels.com for one night. They claim they no longer honor hotels.com AND SHOULD NOT BE LISTED!!

The staff is nice. However, house keeping only goes to the room every two days, the hotel is outdated. The carpet outside the room is dirty and smell old. Additionally there was construction on the breakfast area uncover that you could see it as soon as walking in. There were old pieces of furniture by the stairways.

Not up to the standard expected

Unfortunately not what would be expected of a Country Inn and Suites. While there were attempts at painting walls and cabinets this one needs updates. Elevator and halls were not cleaned or maintained. Breakfast substandard for this chain. While it has been a few years I stayed at this hotel several times and it no longer is to the standard of this chain.

The good: they are remodeling ao gettingbupdated. Nice. Room, clean. Good value. The bad: whe. We checked in and went onuse the water the hot water was baremy warm. Addressed it with ataff and. They offered to move ua, however it was hit water so no matter where we wouldnt have hot water and on our last day there was no hot water. Overall not that bad of a stay

Take the stairs!

Everything was fine, although the elevator is sketchy. It has a 10 second delay before opening the door. There is nothing scarier than the thought of being trapped in an elevator with your elderly mother!!

Some dated appliances. Home feel. Reno bathroom

Check in was good. Very attentive front desk clerk. Everything was good. Wood paneled elevator. Don't see that too much anymore. Got to the room. Nice, homey room. Dated tv. I did like the amount of lights around the room. I love the fan in the bathroom. Shower head was great. Water pressure was good. I loved the vanity in the bathroom. Did have one problem, toilet seat popped off. Went to front desk. Showed it to him. I could’ve sworn he said he fixed it. Well, not well enough. He changed our rooms so we had to take all our stuff out and move rooms. Kind of a hassle but we needed a toilet. New room didn’t have an office chair. Like it was missing. Rolled the chair from the previous room to the new one. Fridge & microwave in the room is always clutch. Love Country for that.
