We came for our son's navy graduation and selected due to close location. The room was extremely warm, even with window cracked to few inches we were allowed. The bathroom faucet had to be held in place when turning on, very low water pressure in shower. USB ports did not work so we had to purchase charging blocks, however only a couple outlets actually worked. Good food nearby made it bearable.

My room was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean. Pool area was a little on the smaller size and hot tub was down during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfasts were very tasty and hot! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! Only complaint was the pool was not warm so we did not swim.

We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean, the front desk person could use a little bit of hospitality pleasantries. he weren't very personable, he seemed to be barking instructions at us. However, all in all it was great for us.. I highly recommend this hotel.

First, we were given the wrong room we waited in that room until the clerk came up and delivered a new card for the correct room.Then the pool and jacuzzi were closed when we went down to use it. I spoke to the front desk clerk to request a 2 hour late chechout so we could use the pool the next day, He said he needed to speak to the manager and would call me a back in a few minutes. I never received a call back. I missed my husband's birthday and valentine day due to a death in my family. My husband and I were separated for 2 weeks during this time.This was suppose to make up for that.I would like a refund or credit room upgrade. We were there for the hot tub and the pool. Our celebration was very much altered. Thank you, Mary Gunn

Not going back again

We had stained matresses, sheets and pillow cases. Hair and eyelash found on bed. Stains on walls and garnage outseide of garbage can. It takes a lot for me to be disappointed, but i was definitely disappointed in the hotel as a whole. I will never go back. I have photos but apparently it wont allow me to upload. When i told the front desk they were just going to change the bedding. Lol i asked them to move us finally! Gross
