I used to love staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, it the poerty conditions and cleanliness were terrible. Hot tub did not work, linen appeared dirty, the bed platforms were broken and part of the mattress sunk in to the platform, coffeemaker broken (old coffee/out of date given), and the other guests were extremely loud. I could not sleep two of the nights I was there because the kids were loud. I won’t be staying here ever again.

Room was not cleaned well, linen not washed. There was a dirty wet towel left in our bathroom. Under our bedding, we found dirty socks and a dirty baby bib from previous guest. One of the beds only had a flat sheet, no fitted sheet. It was clear that this room had not been cleaned properly or changed with clean linen.

My Family is local to the area and we have been to Atlantis twice now. The only thing we dont like about this hotel is the mattress need to be replaced with new ones. They r not comfortable and thin u can feel the springs while sleeping.... other then the beds we love this hotel and will be back.

Water leaks coming from ceiling into bucket. Room was small overpriced broken tub. And staff continued to lie about someone to come help. Rude person in pool area made it unsafe to be around. We had more fun going away from hotel than actually being there. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but never again. Really really needs updates!!!

Staff is incredibly nice and do everything to keep you happy and keep the place together. The hotel is just super run down and dirty, pools weren’t functioning and room and hotel was dirty and breaking, seemed to have mold in a lot of places.

I like how the property is small enough for younger children, however the smaller kiddy area had very cold water and they ended up shutting it down the day we left. The kids liked the small arcade games for something to do and they left the pool open later for us to enjoy longer which we absolutely appreciated! The room was nice and big as we got a suite! The tub was clean, large and was easy to figure out in how to use it. Pillows cozy except the mattresses were very bowing in the middle and not comfortable. Upon arriving to the room it was missing cups for coffee, TV in one of the rooms not working, drapes were coming a part off of the window in one of the rooms, and some of the upkeep was subpar; however we have stayed here before and staff are always nice. They delivered what we needed in the room (ran out of TP, needed kleenex, and when I called ahead asking about having a clean whirlpool and other questions, they were very nice and answered well to my questions). I wish they had a complimentary breakfast or had the bar going at the pool to keep this hotel going, but I fear because so much has stopped (no longer anyone working the bar, seats for a breakfast area, but that stopped when COVID came and it never started back up) and they stopped giving any perks for staying there - they will let this hotel flop and we will lose its once luxerious lively-hood. The pool also needs some maintance to the kiddy pool as plastic was coming up from the bottom of the slide.

Kids were running wild all night long even though you have to pay a fee to ensure this dont happen. No washrags in the room, couldnt understand the person at check in. Expedia says a resort fee of 15 and its actually alot more than that. Our phone kept beeping like it was off the hook. Miserable stay and we have been there before dont think after this visit we will return.
