The hot tub was dirty and 94 degrees, the room was dirty and the shower water was luke warm so didn’t feel clean after getting out of the hot tub. When I checked in, I had read on Expedia that the pool was open till 10 and the front desk lady informed me it was 9pm. It was 8:30 when we checked in and her response was “too bad”.

Phones in room didn’t work, poop in the pool, no clean towels, then to top it off 20 year olds were loud in the hall and got into a fight next to us. Cops came and our kids couldn’t sleep for hours. Called to complain and ask for a refund and they ignored me.

We loved it! We stayed because there was a deal on a hot tub room and we really enjoyed the mermaid jacuzzi room. Centrally located near everything. Close to mount olympus

Friendly staff! Everything was clean. We had fun in the pool area even though it was fairly limited. The slides were still fun for me as an adult. The game room was fun too! It was a good affordable way to have a little mini getaway.

Sidewalk was not shoveled before 10am. Hot tub had ice cold water coming out a jet. Our fire place didn’t work and the pull out bed was useable and broken. The lobby pool was down for repairs. The place is pretty old and in need of repairs and upgrades but All in all The price was good but the place could be a lot better with some attention to detail.

One pool area was out of commission. Parking was very limited. Bath towels were small. And repairs to damaged doors and walls looked unprofessionally repaired. Hottub was not cleaned. Not sure what was in it, so we did not use it. The bed was pretty comfortable and staff was very friendly. Pillows were plentiful, which I do love. I also like that we could walk to different atteactions and places to eat or drink.

The room was cleaned then in the past. Pool area and hot tub need some up date paint. Surprised towels were not by the pool. Check out at 10 am should automatically be 11:00 or 12:00 w no charge. We do like the location.
