Fireplace wasnt working. Tv wasnt working. Digitizer display for temp control was barely readable. Sofa / pull out was previously damaged. Phone was connected but no dial tone. Stayed multiple times previously with barely any issues except one incident beyond their control - never had a room as horrid as the one we had recieved. Gave them proof of everything and called the front desk the night of the discoveries and was only offered 30$ gift credit or 30$ refund. since it was a 1 nught stay, we had decided to just let the kids sleep instead of hauling all luggage to another room Very. very disappointed in the outcome.

Location was amazing, did what it needed to do for our business trip. Was put in a room that wasn't clean, but they accommodated us quickly. Beds are springs and not really comfortable. Had a jetted tub in room which was azing. However the mirrors above tub and bed were not clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff was great. This hotel is HUGE! Rooms seemed a little dated and for some reason the sheets on the bed were reversed - meaning fitted sheet, blanket, then top sheet. As we visited in Oct., the outside water park was not open, but there is a nice one on the 4th floor.

The room had holes in the door. The screen door was ripped asked maintenance to fix and it still had holes we had a big issue with bugs in our room because of that. Pull out bed didn’t pull out. Over all the place is old and needs a lot of repair work. The pool slides need to be fixed. The kids had scratches from coming down because the fixture is coming apart and is rough. I do not plan on recommending or ever coming back until everything gets repaired. People are spending a lot of money to come and it’s not worth it. The staff wasn’t very responsive but when I did get help they were nice that’s it!

Stayed here for one night using credit card points. We knew it was past season for the outdoor waterparks and weren't really worried about big slides or anything so this hotel was just to stay the night and let the kids swim a bit at the pools. The outdoor pools were pretty dirty with bugs, and the waterfalls were turned off. The indoor pools were said to be heated but were also pretty cold. My kids swam anyway and didn't complain. The indoor "water park" had a broken slide and was in need of some refreshing lets say. They had no towels in the morning, and dumped chemicals in right where kids were swimming. Again, my kids made the best of it as anything was a bonus to them. The room itself was not bad, I liked the layout and it had a large jacuzzi tub that filled up with very hot water. It had all the basic room amenities you would expect: coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, sink, shower, etc. Each room had a tv. That being said, the king bed was not on par with other hotels I've stayed at recently, and I could feel the springs through the mattress. There were also a couple stains on the blanket. My kids slept on the double beds and they didn't complain. The ac units pumped out cold air but they were pretty loud and there was a crack in the window of the double bed room that was covered with duct tape. Would maybe recommend on a budget as a cheaper alternative if you don't care about large waterparks, but is a bit rundown.

It’s an old hotel, but it was decent for the price especially if you have kids. They do not serve breakfast. You cannot cook in the rooms or outside on the patio/balcony. The blankets are very thin so if you’re always cold bring your own blankets. Pool is only open Wed-Sun 9am to 9pm. I feel like they should have adult time after 9pm for like an hour or 2 to be away from the kids splashing all day. They do have 2 indoor pools with one hot tub and one outdoor pool with one hot tub. The rooms were big but if you have someone above you be prepared for the loud bumping. Overall I would rate this hotel an 8/10.
