The hotel was cleaned front desk was very nice, but water was freezing and I have little kids to bathe so that wasn’t fun. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all and took forever to receive our food and when we did the was horrible.

We started out in a room with a clogged toilet. At 430am they brought us a plunger and we hoped we had fixed it. My husband used tge bathroom and everything overflowed!So at 430 we had to switch rooms. When we got to our next room it was freezing cold. The heater had an error code and there were no controls on the wall. 0We decided to take a break and go to the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was fully drained and the pool was freezing. I went to the front desk to express my frustration and was told it wasnt their fault. Then i asked for help with the heat in our room and was told there were controls on the wall, which there were not. After arguing with me about it and calling engineering she apologized and said there were no controls on the wall but the heater was fixed. Because we were staying another night i asked for a bottle of water and was told we could only have 2 bottles per stay. Considering this isnt something we do often and it was a very special weekend for us these things were incredibly disappointing. I even had to call the front desk after waiting there for 5 minutes to let them kknow I had grabbed a water and candy bar from the little store.
