Every single staff member that I came in contact with was excellent! The hotel is in fairly decent shape, however, it needs an update and a refurbishment. A simple thing but why are there no cups in the bathroom? The carpet in the hallway’s actually smells.

My cousin and I booked this downtown Worcester hotel because we were attending a dinner theater in that hotel, so it was very convenient. They give you a pass to park in the parking garage across the street at a discounted rate. We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Complementary coffee & tea in the lobby and a Keurig in the room—very nice to have!

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. If you’re in town for a show, it’s a great location. Not a ton of good dining options in the immediate area, however there was an UNO’s Pizzeria attached to the hotel which was decent and had friendly bartenders.
