I have stayed at this hotel several times and overall good experiences. This time there was a problem with my first room so I was moved to another room and I was not given any housekeeping services. The front desk gave me access to the concierge level for the last night but that was underwhelming.

The food was great in the VIP section Michelle Johnson was a great host. She made sure that everything as far as the food stay plenty and you could talk to her very good conversationist with a sparkling attitude

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are both excellent and the location is very good, at the University of Dayton. However, the walls of my room are very thin. I could hear every word coming from the TV in the next room. Also, the hallway carpet looks old and tired. It is clearly coming loose in several stretches of the hallway.

Great hotel!

We love this hotel!! It's beautiful, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We were given an early check in because we had kids & they made sure we could use the pool as soon as we arrived. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel we'll choose for future trips.

It was a very busy weekend and hotel was full of all kinds of guests. There was one person working the bar and one waiting tables and sat down for dinner and after at least ten minutes wasn’t even waited on. The he manager filled our water and that was it. I walked out. We didn’t even have enough towels for our room guests. It was way too expensive to not have top notch service and I’m disappointed.
