The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. Our only complaint is that our room was not cleaned at all the day after we checked in. We left our room just after 10 am and returned just after 9pm and our bed had not been made nor our wet towels replaced with clean ones. We had to call the front desk to ask for fresh towels so that we could shower the next morning. We weren’t expecting our sheets to be changed only that our bed be made, our waste baskets be emptied and our dirty towels be replaced with clean ones. That was frustrating.

Room was OK. No maid service cleaned the room (no bed made nor new towels) during the stay. Rooms above were noisy. No way to have the fan run without the heat or A/C on. Requested a fan for the room but never heard back. Breakfast was good but not enough seating to hold all the people at breakfast.

Picked it for its proximity to the airport, which given the traffic nightmares in Montreal, was a good choice and made the morning flight departure easy. Clean and comfortable hotel with a VERY accomodating staff. Its easy access to autoroute 40 also convenient, even though the traffic can be frustrating

The property was cleaned and safe. Dining area was cleaned and had several options for everyone taste, - I like the infusion that was available for the one who don’t drink juice. The only hiccup was with the cleaning staffs who only provided 3 towels twice in a double bed room for 4 people. It was really inconvenient and they skipped our cleaning one day when the sign was not posted on the door.
