You get free parking which was a drawcard. The staff were friendly. But the room was a bit of a mixed bag with some mould spots on the bathroom ceiling and some of furniture wasn't in good condition. The bed was too uncomfortable so we only stayed one night out of three.

Easy parking, spacious rooms and trams every 10 mins. Very convenient. Also public areas feel more bar like than hotels normally do so a great meeting place

Stayed in the Yering Suite. Nobody onsite except for one house keeping staff knew how to light the gas fire in the room. We tried to light it but turns out the pilot light was not lit. Ended up with three members of staff in the room being shown how to use it. No instructions for how to turn on the power to operate the spa bath, it was hidden inside a cupboard. No chef available so restaurant was closed. Bathroom windowsill was full of dead bugs. The bed posts were full of dust. Pool was not in operation and in a terrible state. Paying $460 for 1 night I expected better.

Nice clean room, bar restaurant and general areas amenable and comfortable
