Very nice property and interesting story of family history of hotelers in Zermatt and support of the community.

It is a great location just off the downtown area so very quiet and well maintained. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good also.

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

Fantastic stay! The staff were really welcoming and the breakfast was great. They even went out of their way to cater to our dietary requirements which we really appreciated. We stayed in a double room which was spacious and comfortable. Our only negative was that the floors weren’t very clean, there was hair everywhere.
