Great property, bar and rooms are beautifully appointed. Staff was friendly, accomodating. Absolutely no complaints and a top tier place

Breakfast Buffet was good, hot and reasonably priced. Staff was very accommodating. The tall black night manager is an excellent person. He was very helpful and informative. Made us feel like valued customers. The pool was good, and I was glad to see it got closed at intervals for necessary maintenance to ensure we had clean, bacteria free water to swim in. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient, and it's a great value. The staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Abdul Rab, is a gem. **pedia basically screwed up this booking due to website errors during payment ("Oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again"). They ended up booking the hotel five times, all on the wrong dates which had apparently re-loaded from the previous cached page for the booking I had just completed at a different hotel, for the day before this one. What a mess. I was able to cancel three; the fourth needed Customer Care to cancel. The fifth had already processed by then, and **pedia said they couldn't cancel it because it was a "no cancellation" booking. Two more days of frustrating emails and customer care sessions got me nowhere. **pedia could not (or would not) talk to the hotel manager. I finally called the hotel, spoke to Mr. Rab, and he graciously agreed to untangle the mess. This is probably the last time I will use 3rd-party booking, because when there's a problem, the hotel has very few options with the booking partner. Other than that - the hotel was wonderful, and the staff is super courteous and helpful. We'll be back! - Norm

It was close to UVA MEDICAL / HOSPITAL. WE were able to walk to an 8 am appt. Also to many choices for dinner later. Nice to walk uo and down the hills. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and had many choices. Thanks alot.
