We were welcomed by an employee who upgraded our rooms, we booked 3 rooms for 8 nights in total. On arrival the rooms seemed clean, the beds were comfortable. Amazing showers and the space was sufficient for what we needed. However, even after requesting our rooms be cleaned daily and with fresh towels, not all rooms were cleaned daily. The cleaning of our rooms were missed on more than on occasion and we had to call for fresh towels almost every day. The amenities including the option for breakfast which we opted in was good, the staff was friendly and overall it was a great stay. This hotel was conveniently located for us and we would stay here again. I believe the housekeeping was not what we expected and could have been much better given the number of times we contacted the desk.

Much cheaper than city

Handy for overnight when not aiming for Zurich town. Quiet despite being next to airport. Shuttle was free from the airport but not to get back there. Restaurant had no gluten free options so we ate at McDonald’s next door.

Room was not cleaned on two days of our stay—returned to hotel around 5 PM. Had to wait another 1.5?hours for cleaning. Mattress was old and had been extended by putting two-inch thick pad. It has a McDonalds virtually inside hotel. This is Radisson cheap—bad for their brand.

Liked : room was a good size, bed was comfy (actually slept 8 hours straight through), breakfast was good - however felt some of the clientele in the hotel were quite rude (no manners, pushed in queues, no thanks to staff when tables were cleared) Hotel is fine for one night stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. Room is clean and modern. Disliked: emailed the hotel a week before to book transfer & got no reply until after we had been and gone - this is poor service as myself and young daughter were travelling alone and didn’t land till 10:3pm (tried uber and no drivers free so £30 in airport taxi to drive 5 mins!) the shower is part of the main room so no privacy at all!

Free shuttle pickup from.airport, however 10 francs to take shuttle back. Right next door to mcdonalds. Bakeries and other restaurant walking distance across the street. Also italian restaurant right in hotel. Cool.shower basically next to bed. Auromatic rolladen shutters and super comfy bed 👍

We really liked that the location of the hotel since it was close to the Airport plus the train station with a bus connection right across the hotel entrance. The room design is slightly weird with the shower area structured weirdly. Do carry your charger converters if you don't have a Swiss/EU supported charger since these converters were limited and we luckily got it.

Hotel bad with communications. They didn’t answer multiple emails. The phone number goes to the restaurant which is closed so impossible to get through to reception. Shuttle pickup instructions not clear. Most unfriendlydriver on shuttle on way back 10CHF each and he wouldn’t help with bags. Room view was of solar panels and exhaust tower of McDonald’s next door. Weirdest bathroom layout. Shower is a circular structure 1 m from bed so drying off means standing dripping and naked in the middle of the room. Need to feel very comfortable with travel companion! Wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend.

The hotel is away from the city and about 15min away from the airport. It was very nice however, in July it was very hot with no relief from the heat in the room, lobby or restaurant. The room was a nice size, comfy beds but pillows were way too soft. The breakfast was very delicious. The airport shuttle is an extra cost but very convenient.

The hotel was great overall. It was connected to a McDonald’s and had a restaurant in the hotel, which was a decent spot after a long day of touring. Though our room was muggy and didn’t ever really cool down, we had space to move around.
