Only stayed for one night, therefore did not have time to enjoy the hotel. Only problem was that we could not work out how to switch off the lights, so ended up unplugging them rather than bothering the staff. Nice breakfast, great location and an essy walk to the station, lake, old town etc.

This is a great little hotel. It’s very well situated, close to the train station. It’s an active area but the sound insulation is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the space was laid out well. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room was small, but very clean and modern. The location was great since Zürich HB was just a short walk. Breakfast was above expectations. Staff was very friendly, bonus points due to our room being ready prior to check in time!

The hotel is very nice, excellent breakfast, great having coffee/tea in the room. Walkable to lots of restaurants and close to the main train station and other transit. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything is nearby like transportation (main train station is 5 mins walk,tram and bus is just around the corner,many restaurant option and grocery store too (Coop).Room is big compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in Europe.Breakfast is continental which was ok for us.We stayed for 5 days and we had a good experience.Would stay again if we come back to Zurich.

Hotel Refused to Allow us to Change dates of stay.

We were not able to make trip at this time due to a Visa issue for my wife. We asked if the hotel would allow us to change the dates of our stay. We offered to pay a change fee if they would, but hotel refused our request. I believe this maybe a wonderful hotel, but I cannot recommend it as they are to strict in their policies. We were charged for full price of stay even though we never stayed at hotel, over $1000.00 USD.
