Love staying at this hotel when we need to be near Ben Gurion airport or the Tel Aviv area. Great staff and nice rooms - comfortable beds too.

Great hotel with pleasant staff. We forgot something in the room and they held it for us until we could get back to pick it up. I did have to ask for my VIP benefit though, or I wouldn't have received it.

Hotel short drive from the airport and the Assaf ha-Rofeh hospital. Very nice small place in a mall building, found it very convenient for a layover to Eilat.

The proposal is located near a busy intersection. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast offered a variety of dishes. We were able to hear some guests on our floor in the evening hours. The small mall on the ground floor is an asset for those who wish not to travel beyond the hotel.

Great clean place — all staff (except blond/manager woman) were amazing!!! Great shuttle service — nice breakfast! I tried to enjoy the second floor terrace but blonde haired manager felt her smoke break was more important — really frustrating - who wants to smell someone second hand smoke when enjoying such a pretty space? Think staff should smoke in a non public hotel area… thanks to the staff at the check in and check out counter for your kindness!!!

Room was modern, clean, and beautiful. Many inside and outside lounges all modern, clean and well designed and kept. Was a true refreshing change from a typical hotel. Wish I stayed longer!
