The view was stunning! So beautiful! The room was kept very clean and well maintained. Having a gym was very much appreciated. The only disappointment was that my small bag of various earrings disappeared after the second day. Lock all of your stuff in the safe. I learned the hard way. Reported missing jewelry but nothing was done.

This hotel is the reason a trip to Acapulco is worth it—it’s not just a complement to the destination but the very reason I’ll be returning more often. It’s was very disappointed that I called days before to do an early check-in because I attended my niece's wedding Ganitzia this past weekend. I arrive around 8:00 am and promise that the room will be ready around 10 am. When to Bella Vista restaurant which has an amazing breakfast, I returned to check in and the room was not ready, until 3:30 pm. I was late for the ceremony and paid extra to the make-up Lady who was waiting to do my make-up. In the end, they did not have the room with double beds that I reserved. They gave me a king bed and told me that they would provide a roller bed for the night and I would be moving to a different room the next day. I never got the bed neither they move me to another room. I called because we had a lot of ants in the room and they never took care of the ants. The pool didn’t have a light, but they provided one. It was nice to be with the family but I know it would be better if the hotel could have done their part with our room. Please train your front desk people. They were rude.

If you want a resort style vacation that doesn’t break the bank, this is a great option. The staff are extra efficient and the entire vibe of the place is they treat you like family. Room was awesome. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a private pool. There is a little nook/compartment in the wall were they deliver coffee and little muffins in the morning. Was delightful.
