Room was tidy and spacious. However, we were not able to control cooling in room as the system had been switched to heat for the season. Opening the window to cool was NOT an option as it was raining and there was a lot of noise from the highway traffic. Breakfast in the morning had very few options left when we arrived at 8am. Very crowded and items being restocked slowly or not available at all. We skipped even trying breakfast our second morning. Very poor representation of this hotel brand name. Would not recommend and had most likely turned us away staying at another Quality Inn if this standard of service is acceptable.

You had to set up an account just to access guest WiFi, tub needs repainting, wash cloth had hair, room phone did not work, light broken so lamps was put in replacement ,breakfast eggs were horrible the worst ever had, smallest bacon ever seen, great location only thing it had going for itself

It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The carpets in our room were stinking. The curtains in our room were stained and dirty. There was dust gathered over all the furniture. The bathroom was equally dirty. We cut short our stay by one day and changed our hotel. This property is badly in need of an overhaul and until then it should be a motel.

Staff was very eager to address some issues that were beyond their control. Hotel is conveniently located and the area is quiet. The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioning system: every time it came on, cigarette odors passed into our room and the odor was so strong it was like they were smoking right in our room. For someone who does not smoke this is most unpleasant. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Hair everywhere, gross old carpet , toothpaste spray on the sink, no air. If we had not arrived at midnight I would have left. Don’t ever stay here !!’ I want my money back. Barf !!!!
