The staff were very attentive and provided little touches of service even before we had to ask, which made our stay feel extra special. rooms were very comfortable. bed was good and it was nicew and central and quiet. Hard to get into when you have a car to unload but the guy was very helpful. I wish I was informed at time of booking reception and lift were under construction. other thanthat really nice room with lots of space.

We would highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and being in the city centre was convenient for shops and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately my husband had a minor stroke during our stay and first I booked extra nights and then had to cancel them, which was done despite not being able to give 24 hours notice.

Ms Baruna has demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Celebrating my birthday in Adelaide with a relative, I was surprised by the excellent reviews of the Quality Apartment. It was late Saturday afternoon after a delayed flight from Sydney, and I got lost looking for the apartment due to the different road construction designs in Adelaide. It was a very tiring afternoon. When I arrived at the apartment, I received a warm and beautiful welcome from Ms Baruna, a genuine person who deserves recognition. The Quality Apartment lived up to its excellent reviews. I am not surprised, considering the price I paid. The room's interior design was exceptional, featuring all the necessary kitchen amenities and a relatively larger space compared to regular hotels. Most importantly, the location was great and easily accessible for business purposes. Again, Ms Baruna, thank you for the genuine welcome. Honestly, I genuinely believe you deserve to be promoted to manager; your natural ability to connect with people deserves recognition.
