Good staff, nasty room.

There was leftover food in the fridge left by the previous visitors. There was a glue on finger nail on the floor by the bed. The room was hot and we had to request to lower the temperature. When we asked about extra sheets, we were told that we’d have to come get them. The employees were all nice and helpful

The hotel location is what we paid for and it was fine. The website gave the impression that you could only use valet parking, but when we got there (<10 after check in began) we were told that valet was full and we would have self park in a garage behind the hotel. Overall the room was clean, but there was hair on the shower walls which it’s disgusting.

Expedia sold us a room that the facility said they do not have. Instead of queen beds and complementary robes we got double beds, stained carpets and curtains and towels in poor shape. Very disappointing for the money. Would expect more out of Expedia and the Sheraton.

The only reason I chose this Hotel was for the Peloton bike. They had 2 neither were operational for biking. I was able to logged in but when tried to do the biking training - one of the bikes didn’t show any of the metrics- non functional. The other bike the resistance knob didn’t work. I was not able to do my training. the bikes need service by a professional peloton tech.
