Worst experience ever

The experience was a nightmare, the counter clerk was the shuttle driver in a small personal vehicle, then he took my Driver's License and lost it by leaving it on the printer, when I was offiste I called 10x over and over and no one would answer. I had a friend who just landed from airport run by the hotel to get the DRivers license yet no one was there at the counter for close to 30mns. When I finally got to the room, it was filthy and the carpets were all wet from the leaking ice maker that had a soaked carpet all thru the hall ways, and the hotel smelled like urine. The paint on the bathroom walls were all peeling off and it looked like it had never been cleaned. Then there random kids running thru the entire place all day and night, and families that stayed up all night yelling and cursing and I couldn't sleep . There is random trash and bicycle parts outside and hotel that looked like no one has cleaned the place in ages. The worst hotel experience ever

A broken down bike was near the front door. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was pitiful with pealing paint, black mold and loose ceiling tiles. The towels were worn out. The beds were fair. Wyndham should divest itself of this property. We were so disappointed overall that we chose NOT to stay for the complimentary breakfast.

the stay was very affordable however upon arriving in my room - very late check in, the toilet in the room was clogged. It was late and i was exhausted so I went to sleep. Let front desk staff know about the issue the next morning, left for the day and when i came back over 12hrs later, the toilet was still clogged.

I have stayed here many times since 2016. This time the room windows were fogged and there was black mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful: no decaf coffee, no coffee lids, no non-fat milk, no waffles, no yogurt, a handful of cinnamon raisin bagels, no bread for toast. The desk manger sits in the back at 6:30 pm and a sign advises guests to wait in the lobby until he feels like showing up. I will never stay here again.

Upon checking in I had to wait about thirty minutes for the front desk attendant. The hallways smelled like weed and there was pounding on the wall most of the night. There was a trash in the hallway and a trashbin was visibly full of trash. I need a refund for two days because I checked out after one night.

The room was perfectly fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was fine, except for the woman that was complaining that she got kicked out. Around the property was full of trash and children running about in the parking lot in the dark.

Bathroom in room 139 in my hotel room had two large circles (size of a pizza box) of primer like somebody was supposed to paint it but never did. Room was dirty garbage I’m in the rug bathrooms was filthy rub dirty

I led a school canoeing trip with 12 high school students, and we stayed here the night we landed in NY. We booked months before our stay and called before we booked to make sure they could accommodate us with our large group at the time we landed to shuttle us from the airport, and they assured us it was no problem. When we landed, we found our driver and realized he was using a small SUV, which seemed like his personal car, to get us to the hotel. We had to take several trips back and forth, meaning the students had to ride without a chaperone late at night with the driver. When we got to the hotel there were a bunch of people waiting in the lobby; our driver was also the receptionist, and they were waiting for him to get back. We finally got into our rooms at around midnight, and the hotel was honestly pretty unclean. My co-leader had bloodstains in his sheets. The walls were dirty and stained, and it smelled pretty strongly of smoke and marijuana. None of our A/C units worked right, and it was very warm. We also booked this place because breakfast was included, and we went downstairs the next morning to eat only to find that there was stale cereal and oatmeal packets, as well as like 6 bagels total in the breakfast area. There was literally only a quart of milk in the fridge for all of the guests. We were taking a bus directly to our trail, so not having a good breakfast was pretty unfortunate. If you want a peaceful, clean stay, do not book here.

The front desk is not staffed consistently. The carpets in the hallways were stained and ripped. In the room, there were holes in the walls patched with duct tape, painted over and taped with packing tape. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. There were cobwebs all over the walls and the bathroom fan was so dusty and dirty. The sheets had burn holes in them and the pillows were stained. Absolutely disgusting place.

Window sills, area around the toilet in the bathroom and ceiling were dirty. When I tried to take a shower, the way to turn the water and shower on fell off in my hand and I could not take a shower. They were very good about taking me to the airport at 3:15 a.m. That was the reason I booked there. I needed a way to get to the airport in the morning. When I checked in the clerk was quick but not personable. The one that took me to the airport in the morning was pleasant.
