We stayed her for 3 nights. We booked a handicapped accessible room with 2 queen beds. Upon check I was informed that there was not one available. I was not happy and had already paid for the room. Sadie did provide us with a non handicapped room with 2 queen beds and sent someone out to get a shower chair. The room was VERY small for a person with a wheelchair. There was absolutely no room. I was told that I by manager that we would get extra Hilton honors points but did not get them. I am very appreciative to Sadie for trying to make it right.

I will stay here every time I am in the Albany area. I am comfortable with the proximity to everything Albany with the location being somewhat secluded and off the beaten path. The staff that I encountered were polite and helpful. Everything about this property is well thought out and very functional. Well done Hilton!
