The facility is close to the Albuquerque Sunport airport, right off Interstate 25, a wide variety of eating establishments surround the Baymont. The staff have always been fantastic, the rooms have everything we needed, and beds are comfortable!

My experience was terrible. 1. The shower wasn’t working. I reported it, but they didn’t offer to change our room, leaving my family unable to shower that night. 2. After my stay, I noticed an unauthorized $93.90 charge on my credit card. When I called, they admitted it was a mistake and promised a refund but didn’t explain the error. It felt like a scam targeting unsuspecting travelers. Beware!

They required way too much info for just one night n nobody answered the phone at the hotel… waited for a shuttle to pick me up but no go… had to pay for a cab to take me to the hotel $20… not utilizing this hotel again in the future…

Rude noisy neighbors

Everything about the stay was good with the exception of some very rude people in the room next to me that were having a party and making excessive noise until 4:00 am. I called and complained at the front desk and they called the room and they still didn’t stop and nothing more was done!

My favorite

I always stay here when I visit Albuquerque. I don't know what the actual rating is but in my book it is a 4 star hotel. It is so clean and all the people working there are so nice and kind, very concerned about a guests comfort. Nice breakfast. I would say my only complaint would be that even though a person reserves a room a certain location or room is not guaranteed. So, although I always ask for a ground floor, in particular north wing, I rarely get even if I reserve way ahead. I just don't get it. If walk ins come first they get the rooms and even though I reserved I still don't get priority on location or type. I reserved a single king on the ground floor and had to settle for a two queen on the third floor. There is an elevator. Otherwise, excellent hotel!
