I was put into a room that had a nasty odor. The front girl was very good and got me another room immediately. That was very good. I was put on a 1st level room next to the exit...was that horrible. I heard every person leave and enter all night long. Everyone that enter talked loud and does were noisy and loud. The room was dimly lit and the curtains were all messed up and didn't track smoothly. Front desk took my report and seemed to get someone on it immediately. Service was perfect but the hotel needs a face lift and more lighting maybe a lamp and brighter bulbs.

As always, a wonderful stay. I've stayed here to/from AZ the last 3 years and I know what to expect. Very friendly staff, easy checkin, and a clean, comfortable room. Exercise room & equipment were great too. I'll be back.

The staff was great. The breakfast was the usual fake eggs and whatever the meat patty is. Only able to stomach the oatmeal. The property is not as clean as a traveler would like……our shower had glass doors that had not been cleaned of the film from previous folks. Not acceptable.

Clean and comfy but cold !

Clean room - no hot water. Front desk said “ full occupancy and a water line issue “. Both are excuses. I tried at 11:30 pm and again at 9am - so the full occupancy idea is non- sense. The water line is also an excuse- water line issues effect flow and pressure not water temp . Electrical outlets next to the bed were non- functional..

Terrible stay!! Tried to take showers after our very long trip from Cali only to find that there was no hot water. The front desk ladies acted like it was normal and said it would probably be the same in the other hotel room should we want to change rooms. The water stayed cold even after the recommended 20 minute wait. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been swept or mopped. The shower had a roach crawling around it which made it even more disgusting. The only good thing was the bed was comfy but with our exhaustion the floor would have been comfy as well. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn chain. The night clerk simply said “hmmm” when we told him ask the issues when he asked how are stay was… run from this place. The construction outside is another issue.
