Hotel was not the greatest, staff was very friendly but pool was not working, shower did not have hot water for 10+ minutes, sheets had a few stains on them. Also, doors have alarms on them which is helpful but if the person next to you forgets to close their door all you hear is the alarm. Breakfast was okay, had a few selections, bathroom was not the cleanest, our tv did not work. If your looking for a basic hotel it’s not bad, but if your looking for a hotel for family, or for a special event/ getaway it might not be the best.

Touted as Newly Renovated, our room was clearly not. It was a pet permitted room for which I paid extra but it stank. No blackout shade or curtains, just a white perforated shade not good for anyone wanting to sleep past sun up. The table/desk had old food on it. No room phone. The QR code took me to an information page that did not have the information I needed and the computerized phone system could not answer my question about the service time for breakfast. The coffee in the urn at 8:30 was cold and there was no 1/2 and half or cream, the milk pitcher was empty and only sweetened creamer was available. The stay was a huge disappointment.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the window shade and they gave me another room right away. Breakfast was really good and lots of options with eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice,yogurt, & fruit. Check out easy.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was very nice and spacious with super comfy beds and pillows. Some pillows had yellow stains and the shower was pretty worn but overall a really nice stay and I’ll definitely be going back.
