This place was convenient for what we needed. The front desk clerk Grace was so very helpful. The reason for the average rating was because we didn't get our room cleaned, trash emptied or new towels. We had to go downstairs & get our own. Even when we called downstairs to get some, it took forever for them to come so that's why we went & got them ourselves.

Very nicely renovated rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was adequate. The exterior needs some TLC.

Not had to go to desk to get bath towels as now we’re in room. Only hand towels and was cloths. I had to go back to desk to get towels. When you turned the bathroom light on the exhaust fan came on and sounded like a jet engine, even in the sleeping area

Check in was ok after getting in room I had asked the lady was there a restaurant nearby she said no but a pizza joint down the street after eating and getting ready for bed the entire light would not turn off I called the front desk and told her the problem she said I’ll be there in a minute well a hour later she still hasn’t to check out the problem I had to go back to the front office and asked her if someone was coming to fix it ? I was told there no one on the property to repair it I was getting mad now so I ask for a discount or refund she said I can’t after a sleepless night went to make some coffee the coffee maker was dirty . Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

The staff there is amazing. Friendly and helpful. The rooms are renovated nicely, though our tv remote was out of batteries and there was a rather unpleasant smell in the room. Beyond that I have nothing good to say. The neighborhood is atrocious. There are homeless people on the corners, and even the staff tells you to remove absolutely everything from your car because there are apparently car break-ins regularly. You can’t get a luggage cart without trading your ID because they kept getting stolen. The air conditioning both in the rooms and in the hallways barely works. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because the staff was so lovely.

Everything was great until the hotel front desk assigned our room to someone else while we were already in the room and they used their card keys to get into my room while we were in the room . Completely unacceptable and dangerous.
