This hotel basically ruined my entire vacation - had water leaking down wall from room above - door was hard to open and close - no supplies with coffee maker - smelled of paint fumes and noise from remodeling on entire floor - went to hospital for allergic reaction to bed bug bites - moved to new room with clogged toilet - elevator was out for 2 days - no room service as claimed - ice machine on 3 floors did not work - woken up to fire alarms - and that was the good parts of the stay

I experienced a life threatening situation in this hotel where I was choked n strangled by the security guard on floor when asked about my personal belongings as they went missing fromy my room and the front desk staff was not taking any responsibility and passing it to the other department and felt asnif obligated to answer me even with any positive hospitality gesturesmmm Never stay in this hotel, i have launched a police report already and the hotel's legal team and the police incident reports are now being investigated. NEVERRRR CHOOSE THIS HOTEL N OFCOURSE RAMADA BRAND NEEDS A SERIOUS CONSIDERATION WHICH PROPERTIES TO INVEST ON WITH.

Pool was closed, the bar was closed, the elevator was broken, it smelled like paint from the renovation. The TV was broken in the room. When I asked for a refund they said it was too late. My family was very disappointed.

Call to ensure Pool and Hot Tub Operational? If you dare? Very dated, extremely dirty, stained, missing and broken furniture. (the kind of stuff left on curbs, that no one takes - that bad, no joke.) Drug paraphernalia located (Meth Pipes, screens, lighters) on other side of Window, that had a hole to the outside, where the locking mechanism used to be? Poor Customer Service - Once Maintenance realized the extent of the atrocious facilities being passed-off as "habitable" Not! Only then did the front desk switch rooms after 24-hours of debate. Reservation system no help, will partially refund only after the fact and 5+ emails with dozens of supporting pics, showing stained carpet, furniture, broken window, "Meth training camp" and difficult to open front door.

The hotel needs to be renovated, also the rooms lack sound barriers since you can hear people in the other rooms. Breakfast was good, offering eggs, sausage, hash browns, juices, milk, and cereals. Could offer fruits and nuts.

Absolutely Unbelievable! The balcony door did not lock. The room front door main lock was broken. The floor in our suite was dirty with crumbs etc from last guest. The buffet had paper plates and never had bacon. We arrive at 6:30 and were told the bacon was gone already and they refused to cook more. The gift shop Lady and Maintenance man were the only nice and personable people. Don’t know how this hotel is still operating with the RAMADA name. Unacceptable ‼️
Several cigarette burns in bedding
All main entrance doors lock were broken
None of the dead bolts worked. We used iron chairs to barricade doors to feel safe at night.
