The room was clean and in good condition. I wasn't happy that parking was charged for xtra. There was no microwave in the room and the heat was not turned on. The hallways were cold. Our show was scheduled at this hotel and started at 530 PM and ended after 9PM. The hotel restaurant opened after we were in the event and closed right afterward. You could not leave the parking area without a code to get out. The staff was polite but right beside the registration desk was a table with cookies. My friend was going to take a cookie as it looked like a complimentary welcome and was not marked by any signs and was loudly told she could not have the cookie as it was a set up for another group. She was highly embarrassed and this really put a cloud on our visit. We decided that in the future, we would avoid this hotel. Thank you.

Amazing! Everyone is so nice. Check in was easy. We got access to the club room and the view was so amazing. Staff there was fun and polite! Will come again.

Amenities, was great. The room was nice, but cleanliness can be better. It’s not hard to wipe down the furnitures. Indoor pool would have been great. Overall great for adults not so much for children.

Under new ownership. They now charge almost $11 for guest parking. Also, the bar/restaurant where we planned to have dinner was temporarily closed which was an inconvenience. Lots of other options close to the airport so I doubt we will be back. By the way only hotel in Albuquerque we know that charges for parking. Also, no one at the front desk when we were checking out this morning.
