Did not like how my husband was treated upon coming back to hotel. He was stopped and harassed by front desk staff because of his color. I say that because other customers of different color wasn’t treated as such. I had to get out of bed in sleepwear to come to the front desk to retrieve him. I understand safety concerns but at least call me and ask if I was expecting him don’t have me get up out of my sleep to walk to the front desk. This was absolutely unacceptable

Pretty awesome

The check in process was smooth and quick. Not too many hoops and not even a wait time. The front desk agent was very friendly and informative. We appreciated on site free parking. I was so grateful with how good this place smells. From the lobby to the room it was such a pleasant smell. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had an abundance of space and pleasant lighting. Loved the two TV’s for the room we were in it was a nice touch. The WIFI was a bit spotty which wasn’t so unsettling since we were only there for one night, but that’s something to keep in mind. Nice location. Plenty of spots to eat and Walmart as well as Target, right around the corner. The only thing that I disliked was the pool/hot tub. We went down and felt hey this would be a nice activity but chlorine content I believe, was so high it was burning our eyes to even be near it. Couldn’t sit in the area for more than 15 minutes before I was like I have to get out of here I feel like I’m in a gas chamber, it was awful. So everything was nice but I’d just say skip the pool/hot tub experience if you can.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites offered a comfortable and convenient stay during my recent trip. The hotel's location was ideal, being just off a main street and a short distance from Reagan Airport. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff, particularly Shanel (the manager) and her team, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with the kitchen staff consistently replenishing. The pool and Jacuzzi area were clean and inviting, perfect for relaxation after a long day. However, there was one significant drawback: the pillows. They were quite uncomfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I would recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites for its convenient location, excellent service, and enjoyable amenities. Just be sure to pack your own pillow for a truly restful night's sleep 😜
