The breakfast was good but go early because not all items are refilled. The floor of the tub/shower in our room need to be resurfaced as parts of the surface appeared to be peeling. The bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower were empty. The TV in our room kept buffering and the sound would randomly fade in and out. The area off the elevator needed to be vacuumed and the trash by the ice maker was overflowing. Neither were cleaned during our two days at the property. We were told that Housekeeping is on a 3-day rotation. Overall the property was just "tired".

We have stayed at this location multiple times now, and every time it’s nice and clean. We will continue to stay here when we are in the area.

Booked through Hotels.com, they send a text for check in and since i booked 3rd party, i did not get the text. They have a phone number in the lobby to call and person was very courteous and helped me get my key.

Very nice hotel in great location just off I-80. Spacious and clean rooms, very nice staff, pool and hot tub. Great breakfast,
