Customer service and cleanliness was amazing!! We checked for bed bugs on all of our hotels across the US and they were one of the many that we stayed in that did not have them! Thank you for an amazing stay!! I’d highly recommend!

It would’ve been better if staff responded at night to our phone calls to front desk about the noisy neighbors. They started parting at midnight till 5 am. We called front desk - no response . No rest after 10 hour drive . Lady at the front desk (Marta) next morning mentioned partial refund after our complain - we are still waiting !!!!

The front desk service woman was very nice. The pool was open all the way until 11pm. The breakfast was phenomenal. It had hot food and cold food. I would definitely come back.

The bed is very comfortable and the TV is big. The hair dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and the attendant couldn’t hear me so something is wrong with the room phone. They gave me another hair dryer but it was the wall mount kind and since it was not mounted it was awkward to use. The elevator had a sour smell.

Neverstay will make a better name for this place

Hotel has a very strange smell throughout the hallway and in rooms. Room is not cleaned at all in very poor condition. Young lady that checked is in was very nice and frindly, , but the one tgat was serving breakfast looked very angry and definitely miserable to be there, breakfast was not suitable for consumption. Not a good experience overall. Surestay will neverstay again for sure

The neighbors in the room above us kept jumping onto the floor (sounded like children) and making quite a racket and prevented us from getting a good sleep. We were in room 223. We called the front desk but that didn't seem to make much difference.
